Sleep Therapy

Regardless if it’s problems with getting to sleep, staying asleep, or achieving quality sleep, issues with sleeping can see all areas of your life suffer.

You can struggle with your relationships, career, and self-care, and feel stuck in an endless cycle of fatigue you can’t get out of.

Sleep and mental health can be a complicated relationship . Sleep issues and mental health issues commonly arrive together, so much so that it was once thought mental health issues caused sleep disruption. Now researchers are realising it’s a far more complicated relationship that goes both ways.

For example, depression and anxiety can lead to sleep issues, but sleep issues can also leave you down and anxious. It’s not always clear which one comes first.

HAVE YOU CONSIDERED HYPNOTHERAPY FOR INSOMNIA?

If you have been searching for a way to deal with disturbed sleep patterns and not getting enough sleep, you may want to consider hypnotherapy.

One of the most common problems people face is the inability to sleep well. The impact of these lost hours goes beyond tiredness and can affect your concentration, work productivity and even your mood.

In some cases, unfortunately sleeping tablets may help you sleep but they don’t get to the root cause of the problem and they can also leave you with side effects like waking feeling groggy and still tired.

Overcome Insomnia

Are your battles with sleep affecting your physical and emotional wellbeing? You’re not alone. Insomnia can make day-to-day life a challenge, affecting your mood, energy and concentration. My insomnia hypnotherapy has helped people who have tried all the sleeping aids and changed their sleeping habits and yet still can’t get a good night’s sleep. Perhaps you feel you need a new approach to get to the root of your insomnia.

With a blend of hypnotherapy, NLP and coaching techniques, I’m helping people to resolve any underlying causes of their insomnia so that sleep becomes natural, deep and easy.

Are you struggling with insomnia?

  • Can’t fall asleep even when exhausted?
  • Frequent night wakings?

  • Waking up too early in the morning?

HOW DOES LACK OF SLEEP AFFECT US

Lack of sleep can be very distressing and can impact on our work and personal lives, leading us to become demotivated and lack interest in areas of our lives we used to get pleasure from.

We become short tempered with loved ones because of fatigue and our performance at work may suffer. It can also make us angry, tearful, frustrated and lose concentration.
We all need different amounts of sleep, the average being between 7 to 8 hours, some people may be able to cope with around 4 to 5 hours.

Whatever the problem, whether it be finding it hard to fall asleep, waking up throughout the night, unable to go back to sleep, or a combination of both, you just might as a result be feeling constantly fatigued and exhausted, it may even be causing health problems.

WHY DO WE STRUGGLE TO SLEEP

In many cases struggling to sleep or waking up numerous times a night is often due to worry and anxiety from past or current issues.  It may be a result of a stressful event such as a bereavement or difficulties with money or at work. It can also be the result of poor routine or sleeping environment. If you have been dealing with this for a long time it can become a habit that needs to be broken.
